LICENSE POLICY

If you purchase and download any digital product material from our Website, you are agreeing to our following license terms based on the type of product you purchase. On purchasing any type of digital product from PianoDelCuore.com, you will be authorized with a personal and non-exclusive license allowing you to utilize the purchased material as per your need in consistent with one of the following license types:

 

1. Teacher License

You, the Purchaser, are authorized to use your purchased digital PDF material with your own students who you teach in real time. With a Teacher License, you are authorized to share, re-print and re-distribute your purchased digital PDF material with your students as many times as needed, for both educational and non-commercial use. However, you may not be allowed to reproduce, distribute, modify, post, transmit or publish the purchased material without our prior written consent. This license will also give you or your current students the authority to perform the materials from sheet music in recitals or other non-commercial public settings.

Teacher License and Material can neither be shared with other teachers in same or other studios nor with any group or other non-student individual. To do so, these individuals will need to purchase their own Teacher License or Single User License.

 

2. Single User License

You, the Purchaser, are authorized to use your purchased digital PDF material with no one except yourself. Purchasing Single User License will make you the sole owner of it. If you purchase Single User License on behalf of another individual, then this individual will become the sole owner of this license upon receipt of the material and you will not be authorized to retain any copy of that material.

The owner of this license may retain one copy of material for personal, non-commercial or educational use. If the original copy of the material gets lost, destroyed or damaged, the owner may re-access the licensed material to get a new copy and any remaining material from the original copy must be destroyed beyond recognition. Any redistribution and reproduction of the material is strictly prohibited. The owner of this license is not authorized to modify, transmit, post or publish the material without our prior written consent. This license will also give you the authority to perform the materials from sheet music in recitals or other non-commercial public settings.

Single User License and Material can neither be shared with other individuals, fellow student, friend, family member nor with any group or other non-student individual. To do so, these individuals will need to purchase their own Teacher License or Single User License.

 

Please Note:

You are not authorized to use the materials for other purposes or distribute them digitally for any reason. You are not authorized to distribute the materials in print except for the scenario described in the agreement. We may terminate your license for purchased materials “for cause” in the event that we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated your obligations under this agreement.

You are not authorized to sell or re-sell the licensed material to anyone including your students. However, in order to cover printing cost for Teacher Licensed items, you can charge your students with a “printing fee” for the material.
